I’m always excited to welcome new clients from Fairfax and the surrounding communities! I’m certified in hair extensions and smoothing treatments, and I also enjoy working with bridal parties to help make those special days even more beautiful. 💍✨ My goal with AG Hair Show is to create a salon that feels unique, comfortable, and welcoming to everyone who walks through the doors. I want my clients to feel at home, enjoy their experience, and leave feeling confident and beautiful. 💕 One of my biggest dreams for the future is to grow AG Hair Show into a place where young stylists can learn, grow their skills, earn an income, and eventually build businesses of their own. Cancellation Policy
AG Hair Show Salon Cancellation Policy
At AG Hair Show Salon, I understand that life happens and sometimes appointments need to be canceled or rescheduled. My cancellation policy helps protect my time and allows me the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another client.
Cancellation Policy
For the following services, 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling:
Haircuts
Blowouts & styling
Shampoo services
Face waxing
Makeup services
Pedicures
For the following services, 48 hours' notice is required:
Hair color
Perms
Hair extensions
Brazilian Blowout treatments
Cancellations made with less than the required notice will result in a 25% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service.
I completely understand that unexpected situations can happen. If an emergency or unforeseen circumstance comes up, please call or email Ashley as soon as possible. I will do my best to work with you, and the cancellation fee may be waived depending on the circumstances.
Late Policy
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Arriving on time allows me to provide you with the full service and keeps the salon schedule running smoothly.
If Ashley is running late for your scheduled appointment, you will receive a 20% discount on your service as a thank-you for your patience.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled so that it does not affect the next client's appointment.
Credit Card on File & No-Show Policy
To help prevent no-shows and protect reserved appointment times, AG Hair Show Salon requires a credit card to be kept securely on file.
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without contacting Ashley, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service to the card on file.
