AG Hair Show Salon Cancellation Policy Cancellation Policy: There are always things that happen that cause people to cancel their scheduled appointments. Ashley needs 24 hours for cancellation of haircuts, blowouts style, shampoo, face wax, makeup looks and pedicure for hair color, perm, hair extension and brazilian blowouts treatment Ashley needs 48 hours to cancel that appointments. This will give Ashley an opportunity to book clients throughout her schedule on her books. There will be 25% charge on your service for cancellation that is less than 24 or 48 hours. Ashley understands that there are times that an unexpected happens and if you call and email me you will not be charged. Late Fee Policy: It's important to come on times for your appointment. If Ashley runs late at the scheduled time, you will receive 20% discount on your service. If you are more than 10 minutes late you will have to reschedule your appointment. Putting Your Card on File: This would prevent the no shows and people that decide to pull a no show on Ashley book scheduled. If a person pulled a no show, they would get charge on their credit card of 100% of their service as result to have your credit card information on file.
